Playing at the Park

One great thing about living in Arizona is the beautiful days we have, even in the winter time.  Yesterday was a perfect park day so we took full advantage.

It's January what?!!

I can't believe how fast this month has flown by!  Am I really just getting to posting Christmas pictures?!  Well forget that it's already January and enjoy the fun we had LAST year.  Emery's first Christmas was so much fun.  Seeing things through her eyes is really amazing.  Her eyes lit up at the sight of Christmas lights and I swear she would begin to whisper as if she was telling me how cool they were. :)

When it came to presents she was all about the bows...she rips up paper all of the time, but the bows were definitely something special!

As you can see she met SANTA too.  She wasn't too sure about this strange man with crazy hair on his face but the picture was good enough for me.

Sisters...these two are quite inseparable now!  Emery likes being a 'big girl'...I'm just not sure I'm ready for her to be one yet!

Happy New Year!

~2011~

The new year is finally here...

Nathan and I celebrated with the reason 2010 was such a memorable year for us, our little monkey Emery!

This was our date night set up (candy, champagne, and pizza)!

Not quite like pizza mom!

Then the fun began...

It took her a few tries...

 But she quickly learned how fun these "blow things" are!

Of course, Daddy joined in the fun...!

And Mommy too!

2010 was a year of so many blessings!  Despite the ups and downs, each day I look at our family and I'm reminded that I have everything I truly could ever need or want.   I know that 2011 will bring nothing but happiness and more precious memories to our family!

We hope 2011 brings health and happiness to you and yours!!
